How did link get those gloves? - Raaru got really bored and decided to clothe Link properly. And, being as bored as he was, decided to pierce Link's ears as he did so. Or... the goddesses decided that maybe Link getting a wedgie as he woke up wouldn't be too pleasant, so they gave him new clothes to grow into (quite literally), then Raaru pierced his ears.
Where did the Peahats go? Eloped with the Seahats from
The Wind Waker. Personally, I think they might’ve died out or just moved out.
Where did all the zombies in Hyrule field go? Those "Zombies" are Stalkids and where did they go? Either they were destroyed,
or they were turned into some of the baddies we see in later dungeons. I always thought their disappearance a tad bit odd.
