DVD Regions

Ok, I've been wrecking my head trying to find some way around this. I live in Ireland, which is in "Region 2" for DVDs, and this means that if I wanted to get some DVDs from Amazon or wherever that I'd have to have either a Region 1 DVD player or change the region on my PC. I've done the latter the maximum number of times, and it's now locked as Region 2, but is there anything I can do to remove the Region protection on DVDs, pc-wise?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I think i no what your on about....

I think that Nero or some DVD program can muck about with the Regions. Or if your PC has a DVD player a certain program can play all Regions

There are region-free DVD players for sale in various places. I believe they might be borderline illegal, but they are available.

Don't feel bad about it if you get one, the whole region system is stupid.
