Hmm, nice. I kinda wondered how people did this but I could have guessed it. You could also probably use selection tool and use gradients on the inside and change the layer options to color to give it more blended, diverse colors. Also, I'm just saying this but you probably could use this for the skin too, but what you have it's really white and blank. Nice tut though!
