Agahnim could indeed be a form of Ganon, seeing as how when pronounced quickly, Agahnim sounds like "A Ganon." Agahnim could indeed be a form of Ganon, especially since Phantom Ganon and Ganondorf fought in such ways.
Actually, OOT Ganondorf completely ripped Agahnim off. The energy ball is the energy ball, The charged homing lightning attack is the split attack, and the lightning bolt is the quake punch.
