Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 and Zoo Tycoon 2

I consider computer games to fall under the video game category so...

Anyway, has anyone played these two awesome tycoon games? I love them! I like RCT 3 and ZT 2 both equally and can't decide which is better. I also decided to add a poll on which you like better if you've played both.

I love ZT 2 for the animals, expansion packs, and other features, such as the challenge mode and campaign mode. Same for RCT 3, except I love the game for both the rides and animals (you get animals in the Wild! expansion pack). Also, for those of you who don't know this about RCT 3 is that it has some bugs. One of which is in the peep designer panel. If you click the wardrobe that is supposed to take you to the place where you give your peep physical features, the game will shut off. It happened to me once, so I just ignore the peep designer area. Ignore the bugs and you can enjoy the game just as I do! Too bad the bugs have caused the game's popularity to decrease...I saw it on Yahoo.

I also have all of the available expansion packs for RCT 3 (Soaked! and Wild!) and most of the expansion packs for ZT 2 (I've got only Endangered Species and African Adventure). I'm hoping to get the Marine Mania ZT 2 expansion pack for Christmas. I saw an ad for it on the ZT/ZT 2 website.

I feel guilty for not even starting the RCT3. I bought the game because I thought it was fun, and I'm sure it is. But I got lazy.

Man... I should just start playing Sim City 3000 again.

lol, I had trouble with that game. I had money problems all the time, so I stopped playing it altogether.

You should play RCT 3, though! It is very fun! ^^

Heh, Sim City 3000 requires planning and I only got a surplus in one game out of god-knows-how-many.

I've played RCT 1 though. It was very fun. Max I got was like 4,000 people in the park.

Anyway, my good graphic card died. So I can't play RCT3 for a while.

Oh, that sucks. Well, have you played Zoo Tycoon 2? It's really cool. So many interesting animals you can put in your zoo. Not to mention objects and buildings. And the expansion packs make it even more awesome. You get even more animals, more features, and other stuff. Not to mention the Zoopedia feature is a good place for learning about the different animals. It's where I gained knowledge on some of the most endangered animals in the world, such as the Javan Rhino. There's only around SIXTY of them left on earth! Saddens me to think of it, but it's true. Also, the game knows of the WWF (World Wildlife Fund) and the WWF knows of the game!

World Wrestling Federation. Heh. Just kidding.

I haven't played RCT2. And since I got tons of games that I haven't finished yet, I don't think I'll be playing it any time soon. Reminds me of Mac Zoo 11 years ago. Students were using the Mac to play this Zoo simulation game and we could create our own Zoo and post advertisements, etc. It was fun.

I said ZT 2, not RCT 2, but meh...I haven't played RCT 2 either, but I wanted the game when I had no clue there was a RCT 3. Then that year, I got RCT 3 for Christmas even though I wanted the second RCT. I thought, wow, this is even better!

Pardon my delirious insane talk about RCT2. Lol... I just woke up and surfed the 'net a bit and I'm planning to head back to sleep.

Anyway, I think RCT2 was the first introduction of a 3D theme park simulation game, where you can ride the rides yourself. RCT3 expands upon that.
