DBZ: Budokai 2: Majin Vegeta
Is it possible to get Majin Vegeta as a playable character (I know there is a move that turns normal Vegeta into Majin Vegeta, but I keep hearing rumors that you can unlock him as a permanent character.)?

Ya. I have the game for the G-Cube. Here's how you get him:
Got to the level where you meet the Supreme Kai. Beat him, and after a couple steps, Babidi will turn Vegeta Majin.(He's awesome as a playable. There's a move when you do a 1 hit KO) as will Cell and Frieza. Try and kill Vegeta, Cell, or Frieza before the kill time goes into Buu's egg. Once you do, you'll get a capsule to make Vegeta go Majin. So in battle (not story mode) equip it, and when his life is orange, the capsule will activate, and you'll turn into Majin Vegeta.
