However, Argorok, in the cutscene it doesn't show her "creating" it, but rather it seemed like she found it. Her headress thing looks very much like the other fused shadows and she only took the headress after the twilight king had turned her into a nymph like creature. As soon as she comes to you she already needs to find the fused shadows which may lead you to believe that the headress she has was one fused shadow that she found easily and needed to find the others. The shadows all look like they were one piece and had been broken into separate pieces. The headress looks like it could fit onto the top of the other fused shadows.
