Awards Forum Suggestion

aha!! just browsing the awards forum and i noticed something... *dum dum dummm* you are putting up threads to vote in but there is no polls. i think there should be polls for the voting threads as this would make it easier to vote (so there).

Yes, but we've had problems with those in the past where people would make new accounts and vote for themselves. Even though admins can check who has voted on a poll, it's somewhat cumbersome to do. The new way is much better, IMO, and minimizes cheating.

We are working on the best way of getting the votes and nominations together. You can look into the suggestion forum forthe awards, at the thread SearanoX made, to see some of the ideas that are being tossed around for the future. I like it better now than the polls but think it would be best for suprise factor if E-mail or Pm's could be perfected. Any other thoughts you have on the voting are best and most apreciated there
