You want to know what happened to all the races after the Great Flood? Okay then:

- The Zora evolved into the Rito, with the help of Valoo andhis scales. This is supported by the fact that the Rito bear the Zora symbol on their clothes, plus, notice that the Rito's wings hang from their elbows. The Zora's arm fins also hung from their elbows. Plus, Laruto (the Zora Sage) states that Medli is of her bloodline. Also, Hyrulean Zoras couldn't survive in saltwater, so that's another reason they changed into the Rito.

- The Kokiri evolved into the Koroks, since the Deku Tree says that the Koroks once had human forms, and that the Forbidden Woods were once their home, and there are houses very similar to that like the Kokiri had in OoT.

- The Sheikah are extinct.

- The Gerudo apparantly migrated to other lands, since they reappear in FSA (which is after the flood).

- Hylians are dying out, as their blood is beginning to thin at the timeof TWW.

- The Gorons are unchanged by the Flood, and just manage to scrape a living off the Great Sea.

That's what happened to all the races after the Flood. Some Zoras and Gorons probably migrated to Holodrum and Labyranna when Hyrule flooded, since they appear unchanged in the Oracles.
