I think this clearly demonstrates the power Wii has to introduce ordinary people who you wouldn't normally imagine playing games to the world of gaming.

If you look beyond the fanboyism and console wars, and actually look at Wii from a buisness stnadpoint, Nintendo clearly hit he ball on this one. As it has been recorded by numerous experts not just in the gaming industry but in buisness newspapers an magazines, the key demographic for games is not the hardcore gamer, but the casual gamer who just plays games once in awhile for fun. By focusing on this key demographic, Nintendo is hands down going to be the big winner in the coming console war.
