 Bits and Bots are jelly-like
monsters that wobble about. Some say these creatures were
created by some powerful magician, perhaps Link may learn that spell
later in his journey? Simple sword techniques are your best bet
for eliminating them. Don't underestimate them, they can be a pain early on. Watch out! Bot jumps.

Beware these deadly bats, for they lurk in all the darkest places of
Hyrule. Aches hang upside down in caves and trees and will
attack Link when her gets too close. Some say that Aches are
distant, smarter relatives of Keese, ancient bat creatures of the
land. Use sword techniques to defeat these weak enemies.

The Geldarm lives in the desert and immerges from the ground when Link
draws near. If Link gets too close, it will
reach to the sky in its defense and grow to be over twice Link's
size! Link can only inflict damage on
the top of its head, so you must strike the bottom of it's body causing
the Geldarm to burrow once again before you can get a clear shot of its
head. This desert creature is pretty harmless, but still watch
out for
them.

 Goriyas are little demons that
have existed in Hyrule for centuries. Their main attacking
pattern is to use some fancy footwork and throwing boomerangs. Use your
shield to
fend off boomerangs, and use some techniques like your Downward Thrust
to destroy them. You can find Goriya almost everywhere in Hyrule, but
they vary in difficulty depending on color.

Lowders are little beetle-like creatures that live in caves and deserts throughout
the land of Hyrule. They crawl slowly across the floor, but when it detects you it will charge with high
speed. They are practically harmless unless they touch you, so
use a Downward Thrust or some quick ducking techniques to succeed in
killing this creature. Be careful, for Lowders can survive in the dark.

 Moblins have also been around
for centuries fighting in the name of Ganon. Now that their
master is dead, they are extrodinarily angry. Moblins attack with
throwing spears, so be careful. Use sword combat or some magic
spells to send them to their grave. Moblins can be found in
forests but they can also be found on some bridges and caves.
Their color will tell you how strong they are. Orange Moblins are
the easiest to defeat, while Red and Blue types will provide more of a
challenge.

Deelers are spiders who live in
the trees and attack by the string of their web. The blue Deelers will
tend to drop
down to the ground to attack you by jumping. The trick is to
destroy these spiders by using an Upward Thrust as they make their way
down their webs. They are not particularily dangerous, but they
come from above, so watch out!

A Moby is similar to an eagle,
but it serves under the power of Ganon. They will dive from the
sky to attack you. They are very fast but tend to be not so
strong. Use a well-timed Upward Thrust or some powerful magic to
destroy them while still in midair. Be careful, however,
for Mobys tend to travel in small groups.

 An Octorok is a big
octopus-like creature who spits rocks from its snout. Link can
use his shield for defense against the stones.
It tends to stay in the same spot and jump to spit. It lives in caves,
swamps and in the desert,
but can be find on other places too. Use a Downward Thrust to
destroy them quickly and effectively.

 Dairas are monstrous crocodiles
who attack you with an strong axe. The red Daira will

while the weaker orange Dairas will keep its axe in it grasp and hack
away at Link. They live mostly in Death mountain
and in the graveyards. Dairas have some of the strongest armor in
the game, so you must be very careful to memorize attack patterns in
order to sneak sword swipes in. If you are in a dire situation
use magic to destroy them quickly.

The Moa are dealy spirits flying across the graveyards of Hyrule. In eastern Hyrule they are invisible
unless you have the Cross, so be cautious! The orange ones live in the palaces and
attack you with balls of fire. The Moa are known to extract magic points from Link as well as cause extreme damage.

 These terrible demons are Ache
in disguise. If you spot a red Ache hanging from the cieling, be
warned, it is surely an Acheman. Once they land, they assume form
and will spit a fireball at Link. Once they attack they turn back
into a Ache and fly away. Use a Downward Thrust when it lands to
destroy it quickly, or just be quick to doge the fireball.

 Ironknuckles are vicious
knights who guard the palaces. Ironknuckles are armed with sword
and shield, and their armor is the finest in Hyrule.
The orange ones are not so good with weapons, but the red ones are very
good with their sword and shield and very hard to beat. The blue
Ironknuckles
shoot beams from their sword and they attack extremely fast, but they
are not so
good with their shield techniques. You must use jumping and
slashing techniques to trick the Ironknuckles into lowering their
sheild.

 The Myu are very small
creatures with thorns for as defense. Since they have no primary
attack, their only way to harm Link is to touch him. Use the
downward thrust to eliminate them extremely easily. Myu live in caves
and in the palaces of Hyrule, and they often are found near clifs and
pits. If you are feeling lazy, Thunder magic will obliterate them!

 Stalfos are skeleton warriors
armed with a sword and shield that have inhabbited the kingdom of
Hyrule since creation. Stalfos are similar to Ironknuckles but are not
so good
with their shields. Some of them can jump and attack Link with downward

at their legs when they arn't guarding themselves.

 Mace Throwers have been
described as big jumping monsters that are extremely trigger-happy.

when they jump there will be a small gap between maces, enabling Link
to get close and slash them.

 Tinsuits are skaven warriors
that have been doomed to run through the halls of the palaces forever.
Since these creatures are ghosts, they will steal experience points
from Link if touched. Fortunately, they are incredibly easy to
defeat, because of their weak tin armor. One slash from your sword should suffice. Wow, they're fast...

Megmats are some of the oddest
creatures found in Hyrule. They will jump around trying to land
on top of you, so be quick on your feet. Megmats are easy to
kill, however, so a strike or two with your sword will be sufficient.
These hopping creatures are mostly found in forests and caves.
They arn't a danger, just watch your head!

 The Bago-Bago are flying
skeleton fish that attack by spitting rocks and slamming themselves
into
you. These fish steal experience and can be found in several
places, in caves, on bridges, and in some palaces. Legend says that
there are more powerful types that will shoot fire from its
mouth. Such that could only be found in the great palace.

 Boon are gargantuan bees that
attack by dropping stones onto Link's head. These monsters are
weak but extremely annoying. Use the upward thrust to eliminate them,
rather quickly. Boon are found in swamps and deserts, and can
often travel in groups. If it gets too overwhelming for Link, use
the Spell magic to turn them all into Bits.

 Lizardmen live only in Eastern
Hyrule and are found in caves and palaces. These creatures attack with
spears,
clubs or by throwing rocks over tall fences. Some also have a shield to
protect themselves. These are very tough enemies and can be found
even in the most dire of situations. Be careful and use sword to
techniques to destroy them.

 Armored Stalfos with more power
than regular Stalfos, but with less power than
Iron Knuckles. They dodge your sword attacks with their shield,
and are known to jump high distances. With all of this, Stalfos
Knights are able to use the Downthrust ability. Link must dispose
of these as he would any other warrior, with his sword.

 Fokka are ferocious bird
knights living in the Great Palace, Link's final destination. They jump
around at incredible speeds and attack
by shooting beams from its sword. Use the upward thrust when they are
jumping over you and you should be able to land a few good shots.
Be careful, these are the fastest knights in
Hyrule.

 The Wizzrobes attack you with
magic spells, and have been around for centuries. No form of weaponry
can defeat them, Link must use the Reflect spell to
bounce back their spells. This is the only way to eliminate them.
They are tricky, however, because they can suddenly vanish at any given
time. Be patient and luck will assist you.

 These crafty spell-casters are
magicians that attack with fire spells. Like the Wizzrobes, they will
disappear and reappear constantly. However, unlike Wizzrobes,
these foes can be defeatd with your sword. Stand stationary until
once appears near you, then use your Downward Thrust to do some damage
fast. Repeat this process until you destroy them.

 Doomknockers are mysterious
creatures, but can be deadly. Very similar to Mace Throwers,
Doomknockers will throw a string of hammers. Try your best to
jump over the hammers and attack it by
using a Downward Thrust. Doomknockers arn't extremely
threatening, but they have a lot of armor. Sometimes it is best
to just avoid them.

terrible tempers. Like Octoroks, Rope and known to remain in one

effortlessly. Be careful, Red Rope are more powerful than the
blue ones!

 These enchanted statues of
dragon heads can be quite a pest. They steal experience points if
they
touch you, so watch out!. These statues will fly through the air in a
pattern. Use this to your advantage and try to use your Downward Thrust. Upward Thrusts also work pretty well
against them!

 These flying heads are much
more tame than the flying dragon heads. Wolf heads move slowly,
but will fire projectiles at Link. These are much easier to slash
at with your sword because of their speed. If there are a ton of
Wolf heads in the area, it would be wise to use your thunder spell to
quickly dispose of them.
 Leevers live
underground in the deserts of Eastern Hyrule. When you approach them,
they will come up and attack, so be ready with your Downward Thrust.

points from you when you touch them, so be careful! The best way to eliminate them is

lives only in the Great Palace. Like the Giant Bit, it splits into two
bubbles when it is attacked. |
