Aquamentus

Image

This dragon-like creature is often thought of as a unicorn, which is not quite correct -- It is more like a creature which eats unicorns for supper! It is a fearsome opponent, and will attack Link with dangerous beams which will come out in three different directions. Make sure you keep your distance when he emits his beams, for it is easier to dodge them from a distance.  The key to defeating it is to rush up and slash its head with your sword.

Dogongo

Image

This creature is the second level boss, and is not an easy one. Its attack powers are often laughed at, but silence will roam when the armour it has, in shape of a thick hide, deflects  your attacks. The only thing that is known to hurt this guy is bombs, and even that is not enough! To actually do some damage, you must trick it into digesting your bombs, so that they will explode on the inside.  In other words, killing off this guy is an inside job.

Manhandla

Image

This flesh-eating flower is not only huge, but it also has four clamps acting as hands, all reaching in different directions. The hands are known to slow it down because of their weight, so its speed will increase once you rid it of the hands. Link can dispose of all four hands with his sword, but the fastest way to send Manhandla to a safe death is by placing a bomb near the middle-body.  If you time it right, the bomb will explode right in its center, destroying all four hands at once!

Gleeok

Image

The Gleeok is known throughout the land of Hyrule as one of the toughest foes to defeat.  This is a large dragon, but what sets it apart from your average middle-age dragon is that it sometimes has four heads!  Your job is to destroy all of Gleeok's heads, in order to defeat him.  What makes this fight difficult, is that fireballs will be shot at Link from many directions.  Once you destroy a head, the head will break away from its body and fly around in the air attacking Link. If you want to defeat this nightmarish creature, the best way is to master the ways of your sword, and be quick on your feet.  The key to winning this battle is to destroy him before the heads get a good shot at Link.

Digdogger

Image

These creatures are gigantic sea urchins, but they pack quite a punch.  They will shrivel up when you attack them, despite their big size.  If you manage to discover the secret to paralyzing him, he will split up into several dmaller Digdoggers.  These guys are pretty strong, but music seems to make him suffer a bad case of schizophrenia, and that is your chance to rid the world of this pesky peasant of the King of Evil.  Pull out your Whistle and play its melody to cripple the creature, then he will magically split into three smaller creatures.  While these are fast, they can easily be finished off with your sword, or a good shot from your bow.

Gohma

Image

"That is one big crab" will most likely be your first impression when you find this queen of the sea, who resides in the labyrinths of Hyrule. Gohma is said to be the mother of Tektites, although you can not dispose of her in the same manner.  Her hard shell makes her seem invulnerable, she does have one weakness: her eye!  A trained archer will easily take advantage of that, and use his Bow to destroy the creature.

Ganon

Image

This guy is the the source of all evil which has been roaming Hyrule, hence his title "The King of Evil".  It is not known to anyone what he looks like, as no one who has ever faced him has come back to tell, but hopefully you will change this! Ganon has made himself invisible, and you will not be able to see him. The stone statues he has sent after you, on the other hand, are not hard to spot at all! While Ganon is invisible, you must slash him with your Magic Sword a total of four times which will cause him to reveal himself, and that is when you need to use your Silver Arrows!  One hit, and Princess Zelda and Hyrule will once again be free.
