In case you forgot about Tingle's Freshly Picked Rosy Rupeeland (a mouthful in itself), one fine chap wrote a review after surviving the game.

So if aren't lucky enough to be in Europe or Japan to experience the Tingle abomination, you can learn all about it in the review I found on Multiplayer (an MTV Gaming blog). The author does a swell job of summing up the essence of "Tingle", and how it can be a love/hate kind of game. In short, it's definitely not the average Zelda-like game. And I think you'll agree, that's a good thing.

For those of you who get squeamish at the very thought of Tingle, don't bother with this. But, for those of you who don't mind taking the red pill, enjoy the crazy rabbit hole that is the Freshly Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. At least the review anyway.

Moonman, if that's how you feel, don't bother opening a newspaper. Impartiality is near impossible to find in the media anyway. Apart from that, how is my article "horribly biased"? Frankly, I wouldn't mind playing the game. From what I hear, it's a nutty game. I'm just saying there's a lot of zelda fans who really hate this game, and in a few ways, yes, it is an abomination. As far as I'm concerned, that's fact.

In “Tingle” the non-player characters will rip you off.

That was quite an interesting read. I actually laughed at the comparisons between this Tingle game and other traditional games. I'd heard about that game before, but I had no idea it was like that. Money pays for everything, even Tingle's life and navigation? That's rich!

For instance, they just gave us a movie and Kirby's numerous forms, one of which is Link Kirby with Kirby's old Up Smash attack. It looks pretty awesome, by any means. The movie's a continuation of the Subspace Emissary stuff. :)

tingle is both hated and beloved by millions. mostly hated. it's just like goombas from mario games. while they ARE the lowest of the low, they have alot of fans around the world.
